  Couldn't have had a worse experience if I paid to have one... paid $44 for the 'in and out wash' which I've always had at other Crystal car washes with no dramas, I've received a good hand wash and vacuum in the past. However I'm sitting down waiting for my car at Northbridge Crystal and I look over to see my car in the automatic car wash machine... wow, I could have paid $10 for that. I came out to my car and I can honestly say it didn't even look like it had been washed! Very disappointing, I let the attendant know and he said nothing he just ushered me into me car to drive away. Won't be going back her again.

  Called the manager and he asked to return the following day for a refund, however, upon return he wasn’t working.

  Used to be good, not anymore. Before their renovation the job was always spotless. Tried it today and many large dirt spots left which can be removed just with a finger and/or fingernail. Expect a clean car when paying to get the car cleaned! Not coming back.

  Terrible!!! They offer my mother a renewed plan that we could use six washes with different cars. Yes that question was asked. We show up with the other car to be washed and they say we can’t use the vouchers they insisted we buy as a better deal. Terrible service

  Leaves under bonnet we’re not touched and dirt, bird poo present after “wash”. Dirty shoe prints were left on the back of my driver seat.

  Don't go here. I've gone here a few times. Each time they are relentless about trying to force me into an upgrade from a basic wash. After many clear No Thank You's, they then brought over a manager to put more pressure on me. I exercised my right to leave. From my previous washes I know that quality of wash lacks, I reckon it's because we didn't do the upgrade. I've given them enough chances and I won't be returning.
